When and where will Tatler Champagne Festival Hong Kong 2024 be held?
The festival will take place from September 26-28 at Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
What does a General Ticket include?
General Ticket holders receive access to your selected session at Tatler Champagne Festival and one complimentary Tier F glass of champagne valued at HK$60 upon entry. This offer can be redeemed once at designated champagne stations by scanning your e-Ticket QR code. Redemption must be done in a single transaction.
What are the conditions for using the e-Ticket QR code?
Any unredeemed QR codes will be forfeited at the session's end. The e-Ticket QR code is non-transferable and non-resellable. Unauthorized resale will lead to the cancellation of the QR code.
What time does the festival start and what time does it end? Does the ticket include re-entry?
Your ticket entitles you to a champagne glass for the session you purchase. The champagne glass allows unlimited re-entries to Tatler Champagne Festival during your selected session. The festival sessions are as follows:

What do I need to make purchases at the event?
After check-in, you will receive a session-specific wine glass. This glass is essential for all food and drink purchases. Failure to present the wine glass will prevent you from making any transactions.
How can I purchase additional champagne and food at the event?
Champagne and food can be purchased at the various champagne and food stations across Tatler Champagne Festival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Tap & Go, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, BoC Pay, and Octopus.
What are the restrictions and prohibitions?
Attendees are encouraged to refrain from bringing outside food and drinks into the event premises. No illegal substances are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at event venue. Only those aged 18 and above are allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Will there be a dress code?
There is no enforced dress code. However, we do encourage you to dress in keeping with the nature of the event. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and have lots of fun! Participants attending in Sarah Heller's session, must comply with the dress code to gain entry. Attire such as torn jeans, shorts, singlets, sandals, and sports clothing of any kind are not allowed.
What will happen under extreme weather?
Unless there is a weather advisory such as Typhoon 8 and black rainstorm warning signal, the event will proceed. In the event of extreme weather such as a typhoon, information about the opening hours of the event will be posted to Tatler Dining Hong Kong's Instagram account at www.instagram.com/tatlerdininghk.
