The selection process for the Tatler Best Hotels, Restaurants & Bars is conducted by a jury of over 500 distinguished panelists handpicked by Tatler and comprising of Tatler regional teams, including Tatler team members, seasoned critics, international journalists, and other professionals. Importantly, the Tatler Best Awards jury also includes individuals from the Tatler community across Asia. These individuals are regarded as some of the most sophisticated and well-travelled culinary connoisseurs in the world, and our survey accurately captures their preferences.
