How are the winners selected?

Winners of the Tatler Best Hotels, Restaurants and Bars are chosen through a rigorous selection process involving over 700 distinguished panellists across the region. Handpicked by Tatler, the jury includes our editorial teams, seasoned critics, international journalists and respected industry professionals.

Crucially, the panel also features members of the Tatler community—some of the most discerning, well-travelled and influential culinary connoisseurs around the world. Their insights, gathered through a comprehensive survey, shape a truly informed and authentic reflection of excellence in hospitality.
