We are pleased to announce that the refund process for the Tatler XFEST Hong Kong ticket purchases has been completed and is now closed. All refunds have been processed according to the terms and conditions specified, and customers who purchased tickets through official channels, including Klook, sponsors, and partners, have received their refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
Overview of the refund process:
Tatler started the 50% ticket refund on 18 March 2024 for those who purchased tickets through official channels for the match between Hong Kong Team and Inter Miami CF on 4 February 2024.
Customers who purchased tickets through the official ticketing platform, Klook, for the match on 4 February 2024, received an email notification from Klook on 18 March 2024 to the email address used for ticket purchase (customers were advised to check their junk mail box if they had not received the email). Customers had until 23:59 (HKT) on 12 April 2024 to respond and accept the terms and conditions of the 50% ticket refund. Refunds were processed within 30 days from the 12 April 2024 deadline and may differ depending on the recipient’s bank policy and process.
Customers that purchased tickets directly from Tatler Asia Limited, including tickets from event sponsors and partners were contacted by their dedicated account manager with information on ticket refunds.
Tatler Refund process through Klook:
For each standalone ticket, a refund amount shown in the table below was made available subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions which is was available to you in your original booking voucher in your Klook account.
* No handling fee, or other costs, or expenses associated in connection with the match, including but not limited to expenses for travel, accommodation, food and/or beverages, merchandise and/or souvenirs will be refunded.
In order to receive the refund, customers had to confirm and accept the terms and conditions via their original booking voucher in their Klook account.
