Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nedkins Ngai has honed his skills at various bars in Hong Kong, including Skye Bar, Lobster Bar and The Social Den. Ngai is also a common sight on the competition circuit and has completed various local and international competitions, in the process being named one of the Top 10 Young Bartenders in Hong Kong in 2017 and ranking within Top 12 in the Monkey Shoulder Hong Kong Competition 2019.
