Mirko Ghapour Amin is Zuma's area bar manager for Hong Kong and Thailand. Hailing from Italy, Amin grew up in his family restaurant and later in the United States, always in close proximity to the hospitality trade. In 2010, he began as a barback at Zuma London gradually rose through the ranks, eventually became the bar manager before clinching his current position as the area bar manager. His extensive experience in diverse roles and locations has equipped him with proficiency to manage bar operations with a keen emphasis on advancing the bar to greater heights.

Originating from London, Zuma combines a contemporary Japanese izakaya dining and bar experience in the heart of Landmark in Hong Kong's Central district. The cocktail menu mirrors Japan's informal izakaya drinking style with a collective curation of original cocktails available across all Zuma locations, blending premium spirits and liqueurs with fresh ingredients to deliver cocktails with a distinctive Japanese twist. Music from a resident DJ makes Zuma a regular stop on the social circuit.
