With over 22 years of F&B experience under his belt, Johnny Sit has worn many different hats in venues ranging from cafés, Chinese restaurants, bars and banquet halls, as well as room service in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Wuhan. Sit has held posts at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau where he was the director of food and beverage, in the process being nominated as on of the top 15 mixologists in the World Class Hong Kong & Macau Competition 2022. Today, he oversees the operations of W Hong Kong's bars and restaurants as the director of food and beverage.
