Hailing from Seattle, John Nugent is best known for driving the beverage programme for Lily & Bloom as well as opening The Diplomat,which won Best New Bar at the Tatler Dining Readers' Choice Awards 2020. In the intervening years, Nugent has also been the talent behind martini-focused bar Kyle & Bain, as well as designing the cocktail menu for Cardinal Point at the Forty-Five dining complex atop Gloucester Tower in Central.
