Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chaze Ureta, senior bartender at Mirage Bar & Restaurant of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong, is known for his intriguing style of mixology staged at the bar's 25-foot-high island bar. Starting his journey as a server, Ureta was quickly drawn by the glamour of mixology and shifted his career to bartending. Inspired by the delicacies he's savoured, Ureta was recently awarded 1st runner-up at the Jim Beam Cocktail Competition 2023.
