Arvy Bryan Benitez is the head mixologist of Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. With over 10 years of experience in bartending, Benitez worked in several luxury hotels such as the Grand Sheraton Macao and The Parisian Macao prior to joining Ozone. He has also actively competed in various international competitions, recently ranking in the top 40 globally with the Hennessy My Way 2022 Challenge, as well as representing the Philippines in the Asia Pacific Cocktail Competition, and Macau at the HOFEX All World Open Cup.
