Antonio Lai is a multi-award-winning international mixologist who is best known for opening Quinary in 2012, which offers guests a drinking experience that engages all five senses and has kept the bar at the forefront of molecular mixology in Asia. Along with driving the beverage programmes for a number of bars and restaurants across the city, Lai also launched Chako, a canned cocktail brand, in 2022.
