A native of New England, Nick Lappen is the bar manager at Kinsman and an ardent baijiu enthusiast. Having tended bar at the likes of Boston’s Drink and Backbar, as well as at his own roving Bostin Baijiu Bar pop-up, the recent transplant to Hong Kong brings an intimate knowledge of the Chinese spirit category and a meme-worthy sense of humour to Kinsman.
