Hailing from a biomedical engineering background, Cassandra was drawn to the hospitality industry for the opportunities it gives to engage with people. Despite being a newcomer to bartending, Cassandra believes that one’s choice of drink reveals a lot about their personality—her aim is to connect with guests from behind the bar in order to create bespoke cocktails to surprise and delight.
