For Federico Balzarini, hospitality is a family tradition. A native of Lake Garda in northern Italy, Balzarini began by tending bar at local establishments before beginning his career in earnest at London's Hubbard & Bell, followed by the illustrious American Bar at The Savoy. Balzarini arrived in Bangkok in 2021 to join the award-winning bar Vesper, before relocating to Hong Kong this year to take up the role of beverage manager at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
