Have you ever dreamed of being a professional golfer playing on the PGA Tour?
Well, this is your chance to make that elite golfing dream a reality with Tatler X in partnership with The GR8 Experience.
Imagine yourself as a professional player on a grand golf tour, you will have the privilege of golfing on five of the most important and exclusive championship courses in the world: including Carnoustie, Muirfield, St. Andrews, The Carnegie Links & Royal Dornoch, all while competing for a coveted grand prize in a unique destination tournament.
The Tatler Golf Tour is more than just a competition.
Over the Summer of 2024, a group of 16-24 golfing enthusiasts will enjoy unique experiences each day, over two prestigious estates across Scotland.
You will compete for coveted prizes while playing on top-of-the-line Championship courses, including the Old Course.
Upon arrival in Scotland, you will be treated to the same luxuries and standards expected of a pro golfer. Your personalised golfing gear will be set up and ready for you on the course.
You will feel like a pro.
You will get the exclusive opportunity to learn golf from a PGA Tour Player and talk golf with him and her. A PGA Legend will be leading a golf clinic, where all players will get to ask questions, have their swing analyzed and spend time with the player.

The group will be staying at the iconic Old Course Hotel, located right next to the renowned 17th Road Hole of the Old Course at St. Andrews Links.
Your room will overlook the course and the Northern Sea behind it. This prestigious AA Five Red Star-awarded hotel is recognized as one of Europe’s leading resorts. The property features a combination of classically elegant and contemporary interiors.

Eight times host of The Open Championship, with the first one taking place in 1931, it is considered one of the most challenging courses in the championship's rotation.

Muirfield Golf Course, nestled in the scenic landscapes of East Lothian, Scotland, is a renowned links course celebrated for its storied golfing heritage.
Designed by the legendary Old Tom Morris and later refined by Harry Colt, it provides a captivating and challenging experience, drawing enthusiasts from around the globe.

The Swilcan Bridge and Hell Bunker are recognized holes across the globe. The Old Course ranks almost always in the top ten of best courses in the world because of its a very special links that are designed by Mother Nature.

Set in its own grounds with stunning views over the world famous Royal Dornoch Golf Course to the beach and sea beyond, the Dornoch Station Hotel has recently (September 2022) been acquired by Marine & Lawn Hotels.
The hotel underwent comprehensive renovations of all guest rooms, public spaces, exterior and grounds including the installation of a putting green, fire pits and additional outdoor amenities.
The fully renovated property will offer 89 spacious rooms that reflect the Marine & Lawn brand standards.
This is the setting that makes Royal Dornoch such a pleasing place where to play golf.
It’s wild, isolated and, at the same time, absolutely beautiful; there’s the blaze of colour in early summer when the gorse is in flower. The pure white sandy beach divides the links from the Dornoch Firth.

The Carnegie Links represents all that is great about Scottish golf, from the friendly intimate and warm Golf House to its fine traditional links course.
Great care has been taken to ensure that the experience of playing the Carnegie Links is authentic to the era of Andrew Carnegie.
The course, designed by renowned links specialists Donald Steele and Tom Mackenzie, offers the golfer a rare opportunity to play a links course that remains firm and fast. It requires a broad repertoire of shots, not simply the modern style of aerial bombardment golf, and demands that any golfer regardless of standard, is rewarded for thoughtful and skilful play, rather than for power. With the sea on three sides and the hills of Sutherland and Ross-shire all around, this course must have one of the finest settings in the world of golf.

To enhance the tour experience, our members will get the exclusive opportunity to spend time with a current PGA player or golf legend. Players will receive special swing tips during a private golf clinic. Additionally, every golfer will truly feel like a professional when they receive customized and personalized golf merchandise for them to use during the rounds in Scotland.
The tour is a handicap-based competition. Taking into account what is at stake, the Tour Committee will be analyzing handicaps throughout the rounds and creating a handicap-changing system that will make the playing field as fair as possible.
At each course, an individual winner will be named. An overall individual be named at the end of the tournament - as players compete for a range of prizes and the title of The Tatler Golf Tour Champion.
The Tatler Golf Tour will start with a wonderful Welcome Dinner.
The plan of the night will be for you to meet your fellow competitors, learn more about the week ahead and have some fun before the golf week starts. The Golf Tour committee will go over rules, format of play and all logistical details as well as answer any questions you may have. This will be a fun and relaxing night that will kick off the tour.
After the competition, we will host an unforgettable Farewell Dinner. This special evening will be hosted by a PGA Tour Player or Legend, who will act as Master of Ceremony, sharing amusing anecdotes and answering questions from the players.
The night will serve as a celebration of the golf tour with a formal trophy ceremony where the players will receive their well-earned prizes of individual course winners and the overall winner.
Scotch whisky or “The Water Of Life” is one of Scotland’s most famous luxuries.
The country has over 120 whisky distilleries and 6 whisky regions. Visit some nearby distilleries with tours of the properties and taste different kinds of whiskeys. You will learn the about the different approach and philosophy to whisky making and immerse your senses as you witness the crafting ritual.
