Gabriel Gliga, a prominent international bartender, will unveil ‘The Pickwicks Chronicles,’ a gin-focused menu, in January 2024. With over a decade of experience, Gabriel has made significant contributions to Bangkok's bar scene. Starting at Trader Vics in Qatar, he showcased his cocktail skills, later innovating at Dubai Treehouse. As General Manager and Beverage Director at Havana Social, he redefined its beverage program, making it a top spot in Bangkok. His guest shifts at leading Asian bars have further cemented his influence.

Gabriel's latest venture, Pickwicks Bar, opened in January 2024. Inspired by Charles Dickens' "The Pickwick Papers," the bar offers a Victorian-era experience with a range of gin and martini cocktails honoring the novel's characters. Open daily from 6 pm, Pickwicks Bar invites enthusiasts to enjoy a unique, timeless journey.
