Su Kim Hock is best known for Restaurant au Jardin, one of Malaysia's first Michelin-star restaurants. He also heads Shokudo Niban and Un Poco Loco, and is celebrated for his collaborative efforts throughout Malaysia, having played a large role in putting our dining scene on the world map.
