Chef Rhea Rizzo presents refined yet homey pre fixe tasting menus, not limited by cuisine and are designed to be shared family style at her destination restaurant, Mrs. Saldo’s. Here, she draws inspiration from her many global adventures, excitedly working away in the kitchen on her stunning property which used to be an old pineapple field and has since been turned into an F&B haven tucked away amongst lush greenery. The estate holds not only Mrs. Saldo's, the restaurant housed in an ecclectic but tastefully desinged space, but also a bakery, wine cellar, and beautifully landscaped garden too. After completing her studies in hotel and restaurant management and culinary arts chef Rizzo even staged at Bangkok’s Gaggan to further immerse herself into the industry.
