Helmed by chef Xian Liew, Biang Biang Noodle Bar modernises hand-smacked noodles, traditionally from the Xi’an Shanxi province. Since young, Liew has always loved turning instant noodles into his own complex creations. The team is now on a mission to share the beauty of biang biang noodles with Malaysians.
