Michael Leung is the Head Bartender at B'hood in Hong Kong. Having gained his experience at Pong and Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour, Leung is an award-winning bartender, having triumphed in international competitions and received accolades abroad.

B’Hood is a specialty highball café situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui East, the first of its kind in Kowloon. B’hood aims to break the boundary between specialty coffee and cocktail mixology by combining the knowledge and techniques from the best of both worlds, resulting in a unique experience that explores the uncharted territory between coffee and spirits.
