When equipped with a sashimi knife, rice, and fresh fish, Haruka Hokune is unstoppable. As the only female sushi chef in Malaysia, Hokune holds a lot of honour on her shoulders as she slices, preps, and serves some of the finest nigiri, maki, and sashimi our city has seen at Sushi Azabu. She has certainly come a long way from her days fishing in her hometown of Akashi city.
