About Mostly Harmless
Mostly Harmless serves cocktails that are as locally inspired as possible, using local farms and, as often as feasible, ingredients that are endemically native to Hong Kong—up to and including working with local medicine shops for inspiration. The menu reimagines what the cocktails of 200 years ago would have looked today, showcased using the four-cocktail tasting with a focus on classics both modern and historical.
