Allan Zeman is the chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group and a major property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong area, which includes the modern venue hub, California Tower.

Zeman also serves as independent non-executive director for Sino Land, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties, TVB and Fosun Tourism Group; is a non-executive chairman of gaming operator Wynn Macau; and a director of the Star Ferry Company, among others.

He also owns Paradise Properties Group, the Thailand-based developer behind the award-winning Andara Resort in Phuket.
