Since receiving Tatler Dining’s award for Rising Star Chef in 2024, the creative culinary force has brought his knowhow to Bombvinos Bodega, where he and the team cook up contemporary “Filipino bistronomy”: think bibingka panackes, kesong puti toast or beef fat sinangag.
