Taking his passions across the causeways to Singapore and Indonesia, Lee returned home, eventually rising to become Dim Sum Chef at Pavilion Hotel’s Jade Pavilion. At the elegant Cantonese restaurant, Lee heads the team, pleating and steaming the little morsels of joy–but not without his cup of Kopi O ice beforehand.
