About Bryson Rivera

Bryson Rivera has been a cornerstone of the beverage culture of JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong as their former Beverage Operation Manager. He has represented Hong Kong at numerous overseas competitions, including winning first place at Absolut Invite in Sweden, and Cointreau Queen in Shanghai. Having studied Hospitality & Tourism in the UK, Rivera is known for his theatrical presentations behind the bar.
