Adam Schmidt
Honky Tonks Tavern
About Adam Schmidt
After graduating art school and moving to New York City, Adam ended up washing dishes in the basement of a bar-restaurant that had opened up just down the street from his apartment in Brooklyn. Before long, he was bar-backing, hosting, serving, and eventually, bartending—a found passion that would land him a job at the famous speakeasy Please Don't Tell. After four years there, he leapt at the chance to move to Asia, where he quickly joined The Shady Acres family.
