Since debuting in September 2025, Problem Child has upended the city’s drinking scene with its unapologetic, ever-evolving approach to hospitality. Every three months, the bar’s entire identity transforms—flavour profiles, staff uniforms, even its colour-coded storytelling—with a new listing of house signatures built around a single colour each quarter. Kevin Corales, who leads both the cocktail and food programmes, started out in the kitchen before finding his way behind the bar, bringing that dual perspective to drinks that bend familiar flavours around unexpected ingredients and techniques. Guided by the bar’s belief that rules exist to be broken, his cocktails are approachable, yet never predictable.
